County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works is seeking quotes for Prescription Safety Glasses. After reviewing the information contained in the attachment, please submit the items requested within the Request for Quote (RFQ) by email to jaragones@dpw.lacounty.gov or by fax to (626) 282-8312 no later than April 14, 2020. All quotes must be on company letterhead. Late and/or incomplete quotes may not be accepted. Vendors must be a registered County Vendor. You can register at http://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/LACOBids/ Quotes will be examined in accordance with the terms outlined in this RFQ. Vendors must respond to each and every quote requirement in this RFQ. Vendor will not be considered if the quote is missing any of the items requested. County may request to meet with the vendor to review the selection of their products.
