Hello – County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for Commercial Driver Evaluations. After reviewing the information contained in the attachment, please submit all items requested within the Request for Proposal (RFP) by email to mtran@dpw.lacounty.gov or by fax to (626) 282-8312 no later than Monday, January 21, 2019. All bid proposals must be on company letterhead. Late and/or incomplete proposals may not be accepted. Vendors must be a registered County Vendor. You can register at http://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/LACOBids/ IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are unable to participate in this solicitation, please submit a “No Bid” response to mtran@dpw.lacounty.gov.
