Hello- Los Angeles County Public Works is seeking proposals for Standard First Aid/Adult CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens Training. After reviewing the information contained in the attachment, please submit the items requested within the Request for Proposal (RFP) by email to ckoundang@dpw.lacounty.gov or by fax to (626) 282-8312 no later than Friday, December 30th, 2022. All bid proposals must be on company letterhead. Late and/or incomplete proposals may not be accepted. Vendors must be a registered County Vendor. You can register at http://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/LACOBids/ Proposals will be examined in accordance with the goals and objective outlined in this RFP and will be evaluated to determine if training curriculum, manuals, approach, experience, and qualifications demonstrate that the Proposer is likely to meet or exceed expectations.. • Bid Proposal and Quality/Depth of Training Content • Costs • Resumes showing years of trainer’s experience, qualifications and experience training Employees, and background/knowledge in Standard First Aid/Adult CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens • Company information to include length of time in business of training and employee education and number of references specified in Section 10 • Proposals failing to meet Minimum Mandatory Requirements or incomplete proposals may be deemed non-responsive and could be disqualified • Presentation (top candidates may be asked to provide a demonstration of the training) • Responsiveness to each and every proposal requirement in this Bid Solicitation.
