County of Los Angeles Workforce Development, Aging and Community Services (WDACS) is issuing Request for Proposals for Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) Services. ENP provides nutritious meals served at Congregate Meal sites for mobile clients and delivered to homebound clients.
