The County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) is seeking Letters of Intent from qualified organizations interested in providing Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) and Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) services.
