County's Department of Health Services ("DHS") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to utilize an allocation of DHS' portion of County's American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funds to fund COVID-19 Community Testing Services in order to assist County in its efforts to provide economic recovery and resilience to the communities most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
