The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide development services for Honor Ranch in Santa Clarita, California.
Due Date Proposals must be addressed and submitted to the Department of Public Works, 900 South Fremont Avenue, Alhambra, California 91803, CASHIER’S OFFICE, located on the Mezzanine Level, on/or before 4 p.m., July 31, 2019. Envelopes should be marked: “Honor Ranch - RFP Number BRC0000101.” Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Optional Pre-Submittal Conference: A Pre-Submittal conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at the Public Works Building located at 900 South Fremont Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91803 in Conference Room A.
