Description:
The County of Los Angeles (County) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Contractor-hosted, web-based, software program/platform, which will be referred to as the Program Management Control System (PMCS) that will be used by various County Departments.
An optional pre-proposal conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on December 17 at 9:30 a.m., at the Department of Public Works, First Floor Conference Room C, 900 South Fremont Avenue, Alhambra, California 91803. Attendance is optional.

Proposals must be addressed and submitted to the Department of Public Works, 900 South Fremont Avenue, Alhambra, California 91803, Cashier's Office, located on the Mezzanine Level, on/or before 2:00 p.m., January 21, 2020. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
