Description:

In order to qualify to bid on this project, the General Contractor or its subcontractor must have completed for a public agency within the last five years, at least two similar projects, and a construction value of $1,000,000. Qualifying project means 1) an equestrian facility project that included prefabricated structures, underground utilities, earthwork and grading, paving, and stormwater management devices or 2) A facility project that included prefabricated structures, underground utilities, earthwork and grading, paving, and stormwater management devices. All information will be verified by the County.
