Description:
Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the Los Angeles County Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration Base Isolation Seismic Retrofit Project, located at 500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, California. An optional pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., via Microsoft Teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000214 to join. A mandatory site visit at the Hall of Administration will be held during the week of September 20, 2021. The exact date and time of the site visit will be provided by the Contract Administrator at a later time. Prime proposers must attend. Interested proposers are requested to meet promptly at 500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. For a prime proposer consisting of a joint venture, the attendance of one of the joint venture partners will suffice. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Proposers are required to RSVP to the site visit via e-mail to EQChang@dpw.lacounty.gov, by providing attendee name, associated email address, phone number, and whether he/she represents prime proposer or a subconsultant, by September 16, 2021.
