Work will be performed for grant-funded projects within Los Angeles County that are developed and/or managed by the County of Los Angeles, its departments and special districts, including but is not limited to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, Waterworks Districts, Public Works, and the Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks).
