PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Public Works requests proposals for the On-Call Operated Heavy Equipment Rental Services Program (BRC0000597) contract. This program has been designed to have a potential maximum program term of 7 years, consisting of an initial 3-year term and four potential additional 1-year option renewals. The total annual aggregate program amount of this service is estimated to be $20,000,000. The County may award up to 10 Contracts under this program to Proposers whose proposals are rated the highest in accordance to Part I, Section E, Evaluation Criteria. The Request for Proposals (RFP) with contract specifications, forms, and instructions for preparing and submitting proposals may be accessed at http://pw.lacounty.gov/brcd/servicecontracts or may be requested from Mr. Danny Medina at (626) 458-4080 or dmedina@pw.lacounty.gov or Mr. Jairo Flores at (626) 458-4069 or jflores@pw.lacounty.gov, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The deadline to submit proposals is Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. Please direct your questions to Messrs. An optional proposers' conference will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 2 p.m. via Microsoft Teams Meeting Online Events. Public Works recommends that attendees are registered on Public Works website at least 1 hour prior to the conference. Attendees should be prepared to ask questions at that time about the specifications, proposal requirements, and contract terms. It is the proposers' sole responsibility to do their due diligence to visit and familiarize themselves with the work locations and their requirements before submitting their proposal. Minimum Mandatory Requirements: Proposers are requested to submit proposals offering On-Call Operated Heavy Equipment Rental Services in accordance with Exhibit A (Scope of Work), and in a format specified in Part I, Section 2.A (Proposal Format and Content Requirements) of this Request for Proposal (RFP). At the time of proposal submission, proposers must meet all of the minimum mandatory requirements listed in Part I, Section I, and complete Form PW-15 (Minimum Requirements Affirmation Form), to qualify as eligible to perform the services under this contract. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Proposals must be received by the specified submittal date and time. Proposals must only be submitted electronically through the approved methods as indicated herein. SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE OR NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH THE APPROVED METHODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
