Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Exploratory Subsurface Excavation Services for various projects throughout Los Angeles County. The objective is to select the highest rated firm in each category for small, medium, and large size firms to provide the requested services. Each selected Contractor will be awarded an aggregate not-to-exceed program amount of $5,000,000. A pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams.
