Description:

The Los Angeles County (County) Chief Executive Office is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for a contract with an organization that can produce videos for and program the Los Angeles County Channel (County Channel) with a wide array of professional caliber news and feature video content about the County. The L.A. County Channel is a 24/7 governmental access channel owned and operated by Los Angeles County. The Channel airs on multiple cable television systems in the unincorporated areas and incorporated cities. The Channel also streams on https://lacounty.gov/. The Channel features a range of original programming showcasing County departments, programs and services and their impact on the lives of 10 million residents. Samples of videos can be found at County’s Newsroom at: https://www.youtube.com/c/countyoflosangelesnewsroom. Contractor will be expected to implement the requirements outlined in Exhibit A (SOW and Attachments) of Appendix A (Contract) of this RFP.
