Description:
The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified Vendors to enter into Master Agreements with Los Angeles County (County) to provide, on an as-needed basis, professional design services, specifically in graphic and website design.

Vendors submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must have a minimum of five years’ experience performing significant graphic design consultation and providing expert advice in areas of advertising and community marketing, three years of this experience must have been for governmental agencies or private organizations. The County may require additional minimum qualifications. The deadline for submitting SOQs will be 2:00 p.m., January 6, 2016.
