The Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County (District) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from organizations/entities that are qualified to provide a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) turnkey, integrated Computer Aided Dispatch/Mobile/Business Intelligence (CAD/Mobile System) solution to enhance the District’s dispatch services, emergency response, Fire/Rescue operations and business intelligence/analytics capabilities. Integration includes all primary applications and systems such as CAD, Mobile, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping; Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL); and Business Intelligence in a single solution. The CAD/Mobile System will be interfaced with life and mission critical systems including: 9-1-1, Logging & Recording (L&R), data warehouse and existing District COTS third-party applications like Tablet Command.
