Description:
The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified agencies interested and capable of providing Facilities Management Services at the Mark Ridley-Thomas Behavioral Health Center (MRT BHC) located at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital campus.

The new MRT BHC will house multi-disciplinary staff that provide a continuum of care with integrated residential, outpatient, and supportive services for some of the County’s most vulnerable populations, including those struggling with mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, and those who have been involved in the criminal justice system. Cutting-edge care and rehabilitative vocational and training opportunities will be provided to give residents the skills they need to reintegrate into the community.

Interested and qualified Vendors that can demonstrate their ability and qualifications to successfully provide the requested services outlined in the RFP are invited to submit a proposal provided they meet the mandatory requirements.
