Addendum Number Six provides Questions and Answers Attachment I in response to the RFSQ re-opening and makes changes to the RFSQ. FCPS RFSQ Notice 091521 is to inform Prospective Contractors that the County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is working on the next addendum to the Foster Care Placement Services’ Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) CMS-17-0016/0017, released January 17, 2018, to provide Questions and Answers in response to the RFSQ re-opening on August 9, 2021 and make changes to the RFSQ. DCFS anticipates that the addendum will be posted by September 24, 2021. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) are due by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, October 12, 2021.
