Description:

The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from and to enter into agreement(s) with qualified entity(ies) to provide Landscape Maintenance Services. Mandatory Proposers Conference: Please note that all Proposers must attend the Mandatory Proposers Conference scheduled on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. The Conference will be held in Building SSB, Room 2011. At least one Proposer’s representative must attend and be present throughout the full duration of the conference for its proposal(s) to be considered. Please limit your attendees to two individuals. Proposers may register for the Mandatory Proposers Conference using the Registration form which can be found as the first page of the RFP PDF document. The Mandatory Site Visit at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center will take place immediately following the Mandatory Proposers’ Conference. Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is located at: Address: 7601 Imperial Highway, Downey, CA 90242 Public Parking is available. The parking structure can be entered from Leeds Street off of Old River School Road.
