Description:

The County of Los Angeles (County) Internal Services Department (ISD) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to solicit bids to Contract with an organization who can provide Pay Phone Services at County locations throughout Los Angeles County as set forth in Appendix A, Exhibit A, Statement of Work (SOW). County ISD currently manages a contract that provides services for 241 pay phones for both County use and public use at various County facilities, including County parks and hospitals.
