Description:
A Job Order Contract (JOC) is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual projects at different locations throughout the County of Los Angeles. It includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. Ordering is accomplished by the issuance of a Work Order against the Contract. The work of this Contract will be set forth in the Detailed Scope of Work referenced in the individual Work Orders. The Gordian Group's (Gordian) JOC Solution includes Gordian's proprietary eGordianĀ® JOC Applications and Construction Task CatalogĀ® which shall be used by the Contractor to prepare and submit Work Order proposals, subcontractor lists, and other requirements specified by the LACDA in the General Conditions and Requirements, Instructions to Bidders, and Appendices.
