The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles (Court) is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to provide the Court with information and interest from vendors to assist the

Court with solutions regarding the availability of a platform to monitor and audit policy and process activities across systems, applications and users, and when an application’s audit logs do not exist, are not sufficient, or disjointed.
The Court is seeking information regarding a platform that will provide Court HR, Legal, Compliance and Cyber Security users with a tool to monitor adherence to policies and processes, ability to audit and extract evidence of the performance of those policies, processes and controls as well as identify deviations from those.
