The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from organizations that currently provide animal licensing software services. DACC is seeking information regarding cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for animal licensing and control. This platform should streamline the processes of animal licensing, registration, and renewal, while also enhancing compliance, animal safety, and community engagement.
