The Department of Consumer and Business Affairs is issuing this Request for Proposals to identify qualified organizations to provide services in support of its Financial Wellbeing and Wealth Building in Low-Income and Immigrant Communities Project. Contractors for this project shall be responsible for providing estate planning and other applicable legal services such as the preparation of wills and trusts, guardianship or beneficiary designations, and durable powers of attorney to support the creation and retention of intergenerational wealth.
