Description:

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Alondra, Diamond Bar, La Mirada, Marshall Canyon and Norwalk Golf Courses, collectively known as the Golf Courses. Interested and qualified Proposers who meet the minimum qualifications and can successfully demonstrate their ability to provide similar services at comparable facilities in accordance with the requirements as stated in this RFP are invited to submit proposals. A Non-Mandatory Proposers Conference will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. at the Don Knabe Golf Center and Junior Academy (Norwalk Golf Course) 13717 Shoemaker Ave., Norwalk, CA 90650. A Non-Mandatory site visit at each facility shall take place immediately following the conference. Proposals are due, no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
