The Superior Court of Los Angeles County (“Court”) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified vendors (“Proposer”) offering the functionality and features identified herein to replace the Court’s current financial planning and budget system. The Court seeks a Proposer who can demonstrate that they possess organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, and has experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide and support an integrated, proven financial planning and budget solution. California Rule of Court 10.800 establishes local authority and accountability for developing budget requests and managing court operations within authorized funding levels. Building on this framework, this project aims to expand the Court’s capacity to plan strategically, allocate resources effectively, and adapt to evolving operational needs. This project is intended to define the scope of services required to support a comprehensive budget and financial planning tool. At a high level, these services will encompass budget development and maintenance, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, while leveraging emerging technologies and promoting organizational agility. This Statement of Work does not include system or application transitions where integrations have already been identified.
