Brief Summary of request:

1. Objective
The objective of this project is to ensure the continued safety, reliability, and compliance of the Inergen fire suppression system by replacing 18 agent storage tank flex hoses and 2 steel braided lines, followed by proper testing and verification of system integrity.
2. Scope of Work
- Remove and properly dispose of 18 existing flex hoses connected to agent storage tanks.
- Remove and properly dispose of 2 existing steel braided lines.
- Furnish and install 18 new manufacturer-approved flex hoses for agent storage tanks.
- Furnish and install 2 new manufacturer-approved steel braided lines.
- Ensure all connections are properly secured, tightened, and aligned per manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct pressure/leak testing on all new hoses and connections.
- Perform a functional system test to verify system readiness.
- Provide documentation of work completed, including test results and compliance certification.
3. Deliverables
- Replacement of all 18 flex hoses and 2 braided lines with new, certified components.
- Completed testing of all hoses and connections, including leak checks.
- Final report documenting work performed, materials used, and testing outcomes.
- Certificate of system readiness signed by the contractor’s certified technician.
