Description:
The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles (LASC) is seeking a Consultant to draft a Scope of Work (SOW) for the LASC Courtroom Technology Modernization Program. The selected consultant will be responsible for drafting a SOW (an providing related deliverables) that articulates the requirements for the LASC Courtroom Technology Modernization Program, which will provide a standard design to be implemented across LASC courtrooms countywide.

Ultimately, LASC is seeking qualified firms to present proposals on the future standard design and advice for best practices in courtroom technology areas. For this initial Program effort, the Contractor will develop and provide a Scope of Work for LASC which includes the minimum and preferred qualifications for firms. The SOW and deliverables provided by the Contractor will serve as the Scope of Work for LASC to solicit proposals for developing the design, implementation, and support/maintenance for the Courtroom Technology Modernization Program.
To ensure a fair and equal procurement selection, the Contractor selected to draft the SOW will be ineligible and prohibited from submitting or sponsoring a solicitation issued to develop the design and perform implementation.
