The Los Angeles County Department of Consumer & Business Affairs (DCBA) is issuing this Request for Statement of Interest (RFSI) to solicit responses from entities that can provide Disbursement Card Administrator services in support of the Countywide Guaranteed Income pilot program to provide 1,000 County residents with $1,000 dollars per month for three (3) years, overseeing the pilot’s monthly distribution of allocated funds to qualified program participants. One Respondent will be selected from this RFSI CA-21-001 for contract award.
