Description:

The Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) 21-004 is issued by the Los Angeles County Department of Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk to vendors or consulting companies for critical election-related VSAP Enhancements and Support Services on an as-needed basis. Vendors interested in becoming a qualified Contractor in one or more of the eleven (11) Service Categories are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFSQ. This solicitation is open and continuous. Companies may still submit SOQs after the initial close date for the County's review at a later date. Vendor must review all addendums to the RFSQ for all updates made to the solicitation. As of January 2026, there are 15 addendums to be reviewed.
