Description:
The Executive Office (EO) of the Board of Supervisors (Board) is soliciting for a Work Order with a qualified Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement (CAPSMA) contractor, to conduct a Due Diligence Review as it relates to the December 17, 2024, Board Motion authorized by the Board. The Motion authorizes and delegates authority to the Executive Officer to engage a qualified consultant to perform a comprehensive due diligence review of the financial records of the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds Authority (Authority), the Antelope Valley Fair & Event Center (AV Fair), and the Antelope Valley Fair Association (Association).

To be considered for a CAPSMA, vendors are required to submit responses to both the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the Request for Services (RFS). The required RFQ documents are attached for your convenience.
