2026 AC LACES DNA Portal SS	LACES Data and Analytics (DNA) Portal Expansion and Maintenance More LACES Data and Analytics (DNA) Portal Expansion and Maintenance Description: The Vendor will improve, maintain, and support an existing centralized, permission-controlled LACES DNA Portal that serves as the main entry point for County users to access LACES data products, dashboards, reports, documentation, and advanced analytics tools within the County’s Data & Analytics (DNA) ecosystem. The LACES DNA Portal is already built and partially functional, leveraging Aspire-based metadata crawling and indexing engine with workflows as part of its existing architecture. The Vendor will complete the remaining implementation work and continue maintaining the existing portal, rather than creating a new solution, including but not limited to the following services: 1. Portal Architecture & Security Integration 2. Data Product Discovery & Browsing 3. Metadata, Documentation & Resource Repository 4. Portal Enhancements Across Releases • Release 1: Foundation, browsing, metadata display, basic UX • Release 2: Semantic search, AI-generated summaries, improved metadata scanning through Aspire. • Release 3: Advanced features such as AI for BI, additional data sources and admin interfaces 5. Integration with Backend Systems & Products 6.
