To request for a lost Password /PIN you need to provide a valid UserID/VendorID and a valid FEIN/SSN.

No email received? If you did not find the email in your mailbox, check your mailbox's spam/junk folder and make sure the email: webven@isd.lacounty.gov is not blocked.

Option 3 - Account Not Registered?

If you still cannot login after several attempts then you may not have registered an online account with us. You can register new here New Registration.

To update your registration information you will need to login with a valid UserID / VendorID and a valid Password / PIN.

Company Name, Payment Address and Federal Tax ID are not editable; changes must be submitted in writing on company letterhead.
The letter can be scanned and emailed to Vendor Relations using the email link above.
Please include your Company's Federal Tax ID number in the letter.
