• Vendor Code is a required field.
• Vendor Code must be alphanumeric.
• Vendor Code must be 20 characters or less.

EIN/SSN/ITIN/ATIN #:
• EIN/SSN/ITIN/ATIN # is a required field.
• EIN/SSN/ITIN/ATIN # must be number. No dashes.
• EIN/SSN/ITIN/ATIN # must be 9 digits.
Company Name:
• Company Name must be 60 characters or less.
• Company Name must be alphanumeric.
